In a packed 90 minutes, our chocolate experts take you from the fresh cocoa fruit to the finished bar. What makes a good chocolate? And what about sustainability in cocoa farming? You’ll taste your way through the story — and in our chocolate workshop you’ll create your own bar with your favourite ingredients.
